What will I get as part of my membership?
With a Membership, you’ll have access to our entire Get Messy Library of standard classes and seasons (both old and new!) as well as past workshops, our private Get Messy Community and clubs, artist dates, messy hangouts, future live Zoom workshops, other virtual gatherings throughout the year, and more! This membership is most comparable to the Get Messy Membership of days past, before launching our new site.

Where do I find my Membership+ extras?
Access to all recorded workshops | Find recorded workshops within one week after the live event in the My Classes section of your dashboard.
Bonus prompt every month | Download each season’s bonus prompt from the Downloads tab of that season’s GM+ Workshop. The workshop will become available within one week of the season’s opening hangout, and you’ll be able to find it in the My Classes section of your dashboard. Once in the workshop, look for the Downloads tab at the top of the classroom!
Digital Ephemera once a month | Download each season’s bonus digital ephemera from the Downloads tab of that season’s GM+ Workshop. The workshop will become available within one week of the season’s opening hangout, and you’ll be able to find it in the My Classes section of your dashboard, and look for the Downloads tab at the top of the classroom!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences.
PLEASE NOTE: If your PayPal membership transitioned to our new site from the old one, you'll be prompted via a “payment failed” email to set up a new PayPal agreement when it's time for your first payment on the new site. If you'd like to be ahead of the game, you can set up your new PayPal agreement here at any time!
Can I use PayPal for my membership?
Yes! Just select the "Use PayPal" option during membership signup.

How do I make changes in my shipping or billing information?
If you need to update your information on your account, please do so here. Please know order information cannot be edited once orders have been placed – this includes email, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents.
When will my order ship?
Please note shipping timeframes do not include time needed to fulfill your order. Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. You can view our shipping policies here.
Preorder items will note their shipping timeframes in the item's description in the shop, as well as on the checkout + order confirmation pages and in your order confirmation email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. More shipping information can be found here.
What is the return policy?
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under My Orders. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well.
Got a problem? We'll solve it - along with anything else that's on your mind! Well, except your mother-in-law. We probably can't help with that one. Although... has she heard of art journaling? We bet she'd love it too! 😉
